How to reply to an unfair 1-star review of your workshop
Workshop 1-stars cluster around three stories: the final invoice beat the estimate, something unrelated failed a week later ('you touched my car, now the aircon's dead'), or a competitor is playing dirty. Your future customers are suspicious people by nature — they've all been burned by a workshop before. A calm, factual reply is your trust audition.

- Cite your process (phoned before fitting, job card on file) — process is your defence, not emotion
- Offer the free diagnostic check publicly; it costs little and reads as total confidence
- Mention the registration/job card in fake-review replies — real customers can produce one, fakes go quiet
